Wonderful framed vintage lithograph dated 1961, by the well-listed and highly collectable Swedish artist Fabian Lundqvist (1913-1989), whose art is featured in numerous public museums across Sweden.

This modernist depiction of two pinifored ladies sat chatting outside in the moonlight exudes warmth and simplicity, combined with a whimsical quality. Muted blue hues from the sky and the women's clothing contrasts with the dark silhouettes of the cubic buildings. Housed and glazed in a stunning, chunky gilt frame. A beautiful and unique piece.
